You can request a refund 30 days from your initial purchase. You cannot request a refund for monthly rebills. Enterprise plans do not have a refund policy.
To process your refund, we require your login email and order number which you received to your email.
Your data will be stored for 30 days before being permanently deleted.
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your PayPal or bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
